How we work

From business outcome to operated AI capability

EVVO DIGITAL organises work around a named business result. Every engagement moves through a defined lifecycle with acceptance gates, a senior-led pod and explicit decision rights.

Delivery lifecycle

Six stages. One accountable path.

The delivery pod remains accountable from discovery through acceptance, with explicit decision rights for business, architecture, risk, quality and operations.

Stage 01

DISCOVER

Value hypothesis, baseline, sponsor, readiness and production intent

Stage 02

DESIGN

Redesigned workflow, human-agent roles, architecture, controls, business case and acceptance criteria

Stage 03

PROVE

A time-boxed proof against agreed quality, risk, user and financial tests

Stage 04

BUILD

Production engineering, system connection, data preparation, testing, training and runbook

Stage 05

SCALE

Expansion, reuse, adoption, operating procedures and benefits tracking

Stage 06

OPERATE

Monitoring, incidents, change, cost, release and realised-value reporting

Pod model

A senior-led delivery pod, not staff supply.

One pod owns the outcome from discovery through acceptance. Roles cover engagement leadership, architecture, product ownership, agent engineering, data and knowledge, quality and evaluation, responsible AI and operations. Each area has explicit decision rights, not informal influence.

Acceptance criteria

Four lenses. No stage passes without evidence.

  • Business. The owner, baseline, workflow and expected outcome are accepted.
  • Technical. Architecture, data, system actions, reliability, latency and recoverability pass agreed tests.
  • Trust. Data use, authority, oversight, safety, risk and evidence are accepted.
  • Operate. Monitoring, support, incident, change, cost, reporting and exit responsibilities are active.
